I am a trauma-survived and trauma-informed licensed clinical bodywork therapist providing integrative evidence-based bodywork to facilitate healing in clients navigating physical pain, nervous system dysregulation, chronic stress and emotional tension being held in the body.

 My approach is clinically grounded and Spirit led, integrating evidence-based therapeutic bodywork and somatic breathwork to release long held tension, support nervous system regulation and restore a sense of safety and ease in the body.
